HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
2 c. sliced raw chicken breasts
18 cubes canned pineapple
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 c. sliced raw celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients except cornstarch. Simmer 30 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch diluted with a little water. Saute chicken in little oil (do not brown). Add all other ingredients, stirring constantly. Stir fry. Add sweet and sour sauce (recipe follows), salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fluffy rice.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle catsup
1 tsp. cornstarch

Blend.
