DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES 
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. (4 oz.) Kraft natural shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix baking mix and water; press into 12 x 8 inch baking dish.

Bake 10 minutes. Brown ground beef with pepper and onion; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings; spoon over warm crust. Mix sour cream, cheese and Miracle Whip; spoon over meat mixture.

Bake 25 minutes; let stand 10 minutes and serve.
