CRESCENT QUICHE LORRAINE
8 oz. can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 egg, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 oz. can French fried onions
9 slices crisp, crumbled bacon

Oven: 325.

Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in 8 or 9 inch glass baking dish or pie dish. Press together each piece to form crust. (Just like forming a pie crust. The only different is that you are connecting the loose rolls together as one crust.)

Combine eggs, milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheese.

Sprinkle half of fried onions over crust. Pour egg mixture over onions. Sprinkle with bacon and remaining onions. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Add fresh fruit as a side dish. Refrigerate leftovers. Enjoy.
