SALMON-STUFFED FLOUNDER 
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) salmon, drained
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 1/2 lbs. flounder or sole fillets
3 tbsp. dry white wine or chicken broth
Lemon-Dill Sauce

1. Place salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth; stir in dill weed.

2. If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pieces; pat dry. Place about 2 tablespoons salmon mixture on center of each piece fish. Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8x8x2 inches. Drizzle with wine.

3. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered.

4. Prepare Lemon-Dill Sauce, serve with fish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
