SALMON - STUFFED FRENCH ROLLS 
1/2 c. chopped broccoli or cauliflower flower
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
1/3 c. sandwich spread
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained slightly; flake and remove skin and bones
3 French-style rolls, split or 6 slices bread
Green pepper rings

In a bowl add together the chopped broccoli or cauliflower flowerets, shredded carrots and chopped cucumber. Stir in the sandwich spread, dillweed, and pepper. Fold in the flaked salmon. Assemble roll or bread, salmon mixture and green pepper rings into a sandwich. Makes 3 servings.
