CRAZY CRUST PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

Beat for 3 minutes, then pour into a greased 10 inch glass pie plate or two 8 inch plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set.
