1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Mix up batter in bowl. Melt one stick of butter in baking dish, pour batter over butter in baking dish; do not stir. Put 1 quart drained fruit in middle of batter and bake. Do not stir, batter will bake up around fruit. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
