SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
Cabbage (sm. head)
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Shred cabbage rather finely. Put in saucepan and sprinkle with salt. Cover and place over low heat and steam until tender. Beat the egg. Add the vinegar, sugar and salt and pour over the steamed cabbage. Heat 5 minutes and serve at once.
