CABBAGE SUPREME | |
2 1/2 lb. head of cabbage 1 c. water or chicken stock 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. peanuts 1/4 c. butter Core cabbage and chop into small pieces. Steam in the water or stock for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top of cabbage. Steam 5 minutes longer. Season with the butter, salt and pepper. This idea came from a Zambian missionary. |
