CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 egg
1 c. minute rice
Salt, pepper & garlic powder
Cabbage leaves
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes

Mix above ingredients saving 1 cup stewed tomatoes for covering cabbage rolls. Steam 8 or 10 cabbage leaves. Fill them with 3 or 4 tablespoons of the meat mixture. Cover bottom of baking dish with water in order to steam rolls. Tuck the leaves tightly and place them in covered baking dish. Pour remaining tomatoes over cabbage rolls and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
