CABBAGE ROLLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 med. size green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. cabbage, separated into leaves

Mix first 5 ingredients; set aside.

Steam cabbage leaves in pot of hot water; drain and let cool. Roll meat mixture in soft cabbage leaves and place in deep casserole. Pour 1 can of stewed tomatoes over rolls; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
