ROAST EYE ROUND 
4 lbs. eye round roast
3 cloves garlic
Fresh parsley
Olive oil
Rosemary
Basil
Salt & pepper
1 glass red wine

Put slits in roast beef and stuff with garlic and parsley. Quick fry in olive oil and garlic. Add small amount of water and rosemary and basil and a glass of red wine. Let simmer for about an hour. Let cool and slice. Put into juice and reheat. Yields 8 servings.
