CHOLESTEROL-FREE PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. water 2 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. raisins In a large bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Add water, vanilla, pumpkin, raisins and nuts; mix until smooth. Grease and flour 3 (8 x 3 1/2 inch) loaf pans. Evenly divide batter and put in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
