STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
3 med. size bananas, mashed
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. walnuts, optional

Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple, frozen strawberries and bananas. Fold together. Place 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place in refrigerator until set. Spread sour cream on top and spoon remaining mixture over it carefully. Return to refrigerator.
