ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
LARGE RECIPE (6)
6 potatoes, med. size
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
Milk

RECIPE FOR 2:
2 potatoes, sm. size
1/2 tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. flour
Milk

1. Wash, pare, cut potatoes in thin slices. Place a layer in buttered baking dish, sprinkle with salt and flour, dot over with butter. Repeat.

2. Add hot milk until it may be seen through top layer, bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours in hot oven, 375 to 400 degrees or until potatoes are soft.
