PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE 
Bake in 13 x 9 inch sheet cake pan.

1 box Duncan Hines pineapple cake mix

Bake as directed. When you remove cake from oven, while still hot, use fork and punch holes over entire cake, pour 1 can Eagle Brand milk over top, pour 1 can of Pina Colada mix over top.

When cake cools, ice with 9 ounce Cool Whip (drain small can of crushed pineapple and mix with Cool Whip) and sprinkle with shredded coconut. I use the large size Pina Colada and the large size of shredded coconut.
