PINEAPPLE-COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix above together. Bake in 9"x13" greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While cake is still hot, punch holes in it and spread a can of Eagle Brand milk over cake. Cool.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Mix Cool Whip and coconut together. Frost cake. Sprinkle coconut on top if desired.
