PINEAPPLE-COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1/3 c. oil 16 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut Mix all above and place in 9 x 13 inch pan - well greased. Take 1/2 cup brown sugar and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 325 degrees until done. 1/2 c. canned milk 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup coconut and pour over hot cake. |
