STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 qt. fresh strawberries, cut in halves or quartered
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Spread in the bottom of the baked pie shells. Sprinkle with half the coconut. Mix together fresh, sliced strawberries and sugar. When ready to serve, put sweetened strawberries in pie shells and add Cool Whip.
