TONY'S FAVORITE SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. hamburg (we use equal parts turkey & beef)
1 lg. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 - 1/2 c. hot milk
Season salt
Pepper
4-6 lg. potatoes, cut up & boiled until tender
1 can cream corn
1/2 c. canned or frozen corn

Scramble hamburg and onion; drain well. Place in deep pie dish or square baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Combine cooked potatoes, butter, hot milk, season to taste, whip or mash until smooth. Place creamed and frozen or canned corn over meat. Spread potato mixture over filling. Garnish with paprika and dried parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

May add tomato paste to meat mixture and season to taste.

Use any vegetable in place of corn.

May add cheese to potato while mashing.
