1/2 stick butter
potatoes
salt
pepper
pork chops (steaks)

Slice butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Slice potatoes, not peeled, to cover the bottom of pan. Salt and pepper. Lay pork chops (steaks) over potatoes. Salt and pepper. Place in preheated oven at 400°F.

Bake until done.
