PORK & GRAVY 
3 or 4 pork steaks or pork shoulders
2 regular cans cream of onion soup
1 pkg McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
Potatoes or Rice

In a frying pan, season and sear the pork steak. Do not cook all the way through. Meat will finish cooking in Crockpot.

Cut the meat into medium bite-size pieces.

Mix the onion soup and gravy mix in the Crockpot. Stir in the pork steak and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 4 to 6 people.
