DIET YOGURT CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. or 2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 c. strawberry yogurt
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. sugar & 1/2 c. sugar substitute equivalent, suitable for baking
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of hot water and set aside. Sift flour and soda together and set aside.

Cream butter and sugar together and beat until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add yeast mixture; mix well. With a spoon, stir in the flour mixture alternately with yogurt. Add vanilla. Stir just until blended. Pour into the tube pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.

YOGURT FROSTING:

1 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. sugar or 1/4 c. sugar & 1/4 c. sugar substitute equivalent, suitable for baking
1 c. dry milk

Mix together and frost cake. Can add strawberries if desired.
