CAKE WITH YOGURT 
1 c. yogurt
1 c. butter
5 eggs
1 grated lemon rind
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add yogurt and mix well. Add eggs and grated lemon rind and continue to beat for 5 minutes. Mix in flour mixture a little at a time, using a wire beater. Grease cake pan and dust with flour. Pour in batter, 3/4 full, and bake in moderate oven about an hour. Turn cake over to cool and dust with confectioners' sugar.
