STRAWBERRY YOGURT POUND CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 carton (6 oz.) strawberry yogurt
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Stir flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl beat together butter and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Thoroughly blend in eggs, yogurt and extract. Add flour mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, beating at low speed just until blended.

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven about 65-70 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
