CRANBERRY YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Sift dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and beat well. Beat in yogurt, vanilla and dry ingredients.

Spread batter in 9x13 greased pan. Spoon on cranberry sauce and top with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May drizzle with vanilla frosting when cool.

TOPPING MIXTURE:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
