YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar

Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Add dry ingredients alternately to creamed mixture with 1 (8 ounce) carton raspberry, strawberry or blueberry yogurt. Mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan or 8 1/2-inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Check cake at 40 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
