GOULASH | |
1 lb. beef cubes 4 carrots, sliced 4 celery stalks, sliced 10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup 10 1/2 oz. water 5 slices bacon 1/2 lb. noodles Parsley, chopped 1 onion, chopped Fry bacon until crisp. Add beef cubes to pan drippings and brown. Add onion, tomato soup, water and mix. Simmer for 1 hour. Add carrots, celery, parsley and simmer 1 hour. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add to goulash and serve. |
