CREAM PUFF DESSERT 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

Bring to a boil water and butter. Stir in flour. When mixed add the eggs. Beat until fluffy. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients except whipped topping. Pour over crust. Spread Cool Whip on top then drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup on top.
