1 egg white
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2 oz. frozen whipped dessert topping
4 cream puffs

Combine egg white, coffee crystals, and cream of tartar. Stir to dissolve coffee; beat until soft peaks form. Fold in dessert topping.
