CREAM PUFF DESSERT | |
1 c. water 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 3 c. milk 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, soft 6 oz. pkg. instant pudding (vanilla, chocolate or butterscotch) Bring water and butter to boil, remove from heat and add 1 cup flour, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each egg. Bake in greased 9"x13" pan at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; cool. Combine milk with softened cream cheese. Beat in 6 ounce package instant pudding, let stand 15 minutes; pour over cooled crust. Spread with Cool Whip. May garnish with nuts or shaved chocolate. |
