FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
1 c. Knudsen cherry cider or apple juice, any brand
1 frozen peeled banana
1-2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, cherries, blueberries and/or raspberries

In blender, process the juice and banana together. Gradually add remaining ingredients. You may need to stir above blade level while blending if using frozen fruit.

Leftovers may be frozen in plastic containers. When ready to use, let thaw to a semi-soft consistency for best flavor, or microwave in container on high for 30 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
