FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 c. orange juice
1 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 banana

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Leftovers will keep for a day or can be frozen as pops. Yummy snack! 3 servings.
