SOUR CREAM AND CREAM CHEESE
POTATOES
 
8 lg. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
Salt

Cook potatoes, drain and add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well, add salt to taste. If mixture is too thick, add hot water, never milk or cream. Put in baking dish. Dot with butter and seasoning, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until slightly brown on top. This may be prepared a day before and kept in refrigerator.
