HONEY GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. granola
1/2 c. raisins

GLAZE:

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. hot water

Glaze: Whisk together to make a thick glaze.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil. Lightly grease foil. Beat honey, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl. With mixer on lowest speed, add egg, flour, and granola and raisins. Beat until just blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Drizzle glaze over cooled bars. When glaze has set, lift out of pan by foil ends and place on cutting board. Cut into 24 bars.
