PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix, baked as directed, cool
4 sm. or 2 lg. instant vanilla pudding, mixed as directed
6-8 sliced bananas
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
2 lg. cans cherry or strawberry pie filling
2 lg. containers Cool Whip
Chopped pecans or maraschino cherries for garnish

In the punch bowl, layer half of crumbled cake, half the pudding, half the bananas, half the pineapple, half the pie filling, spread on half of Cool Whip. Repeat. Half recipe serves 10. Full recipe serves 20. Can be made night before.
