STEAMED PRUNE PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. ground cooked prunes
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cold milk

Beat eggs well. Dissolve sugar in hot butter and add to eggs. Add prunes, flour, and soda dissolved in the tablespoon of cold milk. Steam 1 1/2 hours in empty cans, covered.

SAUCE:

1 egg, slightly beaten
5 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Add scant cup of Cool Whip. Store in refrigerator.
