COLD PICKLES 
8 c. slice cucumbers
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. salt

BRINE:

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Place cucumbers, peppers, celery and onion together. Sprinkle with salt, let stand 1/2 hour. Mix together brine ingredients. Pour over other ingredients, store in glass jars in the refrigerator. Will be ready in a couple of days.
