TIPSY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Parsley if desired
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 bottle chile sauce

Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire together, then make meatballs and brown them.

Saute onion in oil. Add beer, chile sauce and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Sauce will be thick. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour and stir occasionally.
