EASY TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. taco or enchilada seasoning
1 1/2 c. broken taco shells (about 1 inch pieces)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Brown ground beef, drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes sauce and water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring once. Add tortilla chips, mix gently. Pour into square baking dish. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Crumble beef in glass bowl. Cover loosely and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until meat is evenly brown, stirring once. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and 3/4 cup water. Microwave uncovered on high for 3-4 minutes, or until bubbly. Gently stir in taco pieces. Microwave, uncovered, on high 30 seconds. Cover loosely; let stand 4-5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
