TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
12 soft shell tortillas
3 generous c. meat (chicken, beef or hamburger)
1 can diced green chilies
6 oz. tomato paste
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz. longhorn cheese

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Mix together cooked meat, chilies and tomato paste; set aside.

In saucepan, combine soup, milk and taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly and heat to boiling.

Grease with butter a 9x12 inch baking pan. Tear tortillas into 1/2 dollar pieces.

To assemble casserole, layer 1/2 tortillas, meat mixture, sauce, then grated cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees one hour.
