TORTILLA EGG CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 (7 inch) tortilla shells
1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage, browned
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili pepper
Taco sauce
Sour cream
Sliced green onions

Arrange tortilla shells in the bottom and sides of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine and beat eggs, milk, salt and chili powder; pour over sausage and cheese. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 325 degrees. Garnish with taco sauce, sour cream and sliced green onions. Cut in squares.
