STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1/2 c. cool water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream

Mix plain gelatin and cool water; set aside. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; stir well. Add plain gelatin. Mix together fruit and add to gelatin. Pour half of mixture into 9"x13" pan and allow to congeal. When firm, spread with sour cream and then pour remaining mixture on top. Allow to congealed until firm.
