STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. ricotta cheese
3/4 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage (garlic-sweet), cooked & drained
2 eggs
1 can (1 lb.) spinach, drained & minced

Mix together. Stuff 2 boxes large shells, cooked. Add spaghetti sauce. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

2 lg. cans (32 oz.) tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 lg. cans tomato paste

1 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
Parsley

Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
