LARGE STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
15 oz. low fat low salt Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 green onion, sliced
1 pkg. large pasta shells
1 jar spaghetti sauce or your favorite pasta sauce

Cook shells as directed on package. Drain with cold water. Set aside. Mix together eggs, cheeses, salt, pepper, nutmeg, basil, garlic powder and green onion. Stuff each shell (about 1 1/2 tablespoons). Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon sauce over shells. Cook at 375 degrees until cheese is melted about 25 minutes.

Can substitute Ricotta cheese with 15 ounces cottage cheese that has been processed.

Good recipe. I added diced spinach, fresh basil and it was a hit.
