STUFFED JUMBO PASTA SHELLS 
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. ground turkey
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (well drained)
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 egg
2-3 lg. garlic cloves, finely chopped (or 1 tsp. crushed garlic, bottled)
2 boxes jumbo pasta shells

Brown sausage and turkey in large fry pan; drain. Add spinach. Mix cottage cheese, egg and garlic in separate bowl; add to meat mixture. Add Mozzarella and toss all.

Cook shells in boiling water until barely soft (2 minutes). Stuff shells with meat mixture. When ready to serve, microwave on high 2 minutes. (Can be made ahead for party appetizer.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
