FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. corn syrup
9 inch baked pie crust
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 pt. whole or sliced strawberries

In 2 quart saucepan cook water, sugar, cornstarch and corn syrup until thick. Add the strawberry Jello and let cool. Put strawberries in pie crust, covered with the cool glaze and chill for 1 hour.
