FRESH STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY
PIE
 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. water
6 tbsp. raspberry Jello
1 qt. berries

Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add water and cook until clear. Then add Jello and cool. Put 1 quart of raspberries or strawberries in pie crust. Pour cooled sauce over fruit. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
