FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. fresh strawberries
Sweetener equal to 1 c.
1/3 c. cold water
Dash of lemon
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. box sugar-free strawberry Jello

Bring water and sugar substitute to a boil. Mix cornstarch with 1/3 cup water. Add to boiling mixture. Simmer until thick and clear. Add strawberry Jello, stirring well. Remove from fire. Place fresh strawberries in baked pie shell. Pour filling over berries. Refrigerate pie several hours before serving. Serve with whipped topping. Garnish with several whole strawberries.
