FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. red food coloring
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
Baked pie crust
1 qt. strawberries

Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and food coloring until clear and thick. Remove from stove and stir in Jello. Cool. Cut fresh strawberries in baked pie crust and pour cooled filling over. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
